Pain Criteria
- History of axial-predominant low back pain
- Pain restricted to low back or proximal legs only
Medical Exclusions
- Non-axial origin low back pain

- Spine botulinum/steroid injections within 1 year
- Trigger point injection within 6 months

- Prior MI
- Prior ischemic stroke (incl. with hemorrhagic transformation)

Study Design
- GZR18 every 2 weeks (Q2W) vs 15mg tirzepatide (QW) vs placebo
- Doses: 24mg, 36mg, or 48mg GZR18
- Partially-blinded (GZR18 vs placebo blinded, vs tirzepatide unblinded)
